So my mom called philippines airlines to redeem my free flight via mileage. But these dumbasses say that we have to pay $522 in tax. we didn’t have to do anything like that when we baught the ticket full price. not only that, but if i don’t redeem my ticket, my mileage will expire. so philippine airlines, i thought i could put up with your horrible service and 2 feet of sitting space, but this crosses the line. thanks for the hoax fackers.
